Got a referral for a role in like Jan/Feb

Pretty sure it was a diff role though and dont think it was for fall term but idk if it helped get in the system still

I've always been rejected until this recruiting season

All I did was keep applying to all seasons

So all I recommend is keep applying, and a referral can't hurt if you can get one

They seem to recruit year-round
