I switched from a 3day to a 4day split and I’m so glad I did lol
Just feels a lot more productive
Since I switched programs I’m currently deloading for a few weeks before I get back to my original working weights when I finished my last program
I’m doing shorter rests now so I think the deload was def needed lol
It’s also nice because I can focus on form a bit more too
I never understood deloading
Do you just drop the weights for a predetermined timeframe or until u feel recovered or sth
Well my program calcs the starting weights based off your 5rms
So I just plonked those in and I’m just continuing the linear progression using those starting weights lol

Yeah I believe the starting weight is like 70% of 5rm or something
It’s supposed to help with plateauing, right?
I could’ve prob done higher start weights since it’s less of a reset and more of just adding an extra lift day but I’m pretty glad I’m deloading esp since I was still a bit jet lagged early this week
Like the first few days I was lifting in Poland I was below my targets by quite a bit lol

Like basically it just so happened to align that my 16 week program ended when I came back home lol
I got covid so yeah kind of an L for the gains lol
I got Covid in the middle of my first program cycle
Took two weeks off then got back into it with around 80% of my previous weights
Don’t push yourself too hard once you get back in the gym

Because of the concussion thing, since my neck was bent at a weird angle, after that the muscles around it, including my shoulders, became tight af. That’s what physical therapy is supposed to help me with

Yeah I was on GZCL for a full cycle but the second cycle I gave up and switched to a diff program because the T2 deadlift / squats were BRUTAL
For the first cycle tho it was great
But man 3x10 deadlifts/squats with heavier weight are absolute ass
Yeah 3x10 at 210 sounds insane

You need a balance of both
Which is hypocritical for me to say since I currently don’t do any cardio lol
But yeah ideally you wanna balance both out
I currently just go Jim once a week and 30-40 miles a week 
You need at least 3 gym sessions a week imo
It’s hard to do Jim, running AND work without feeling miserable
I do 13 on sundays 
Im addicted to endorphins at this point
When I don’t run I feel miserable
That’s another option, run on weekends, gym on weekdays
That’s how I feel with the gym lol, I haven’t missed a gym day in so long if do I feel like shit
Idk why but I just can’t get enough satisfaction from the Jim

Jim mayhaps not for everyone ur obviously being healthy regardless just depends how much u care to be a large unit 
I assume u can find a workout plan that focuses on improving at running which maybe better compliments ur goals and gain weight in process regardless
