My 2nd technical had a mishap, the interviewer didn't explain the question and I kinda understood it wrong. But he still said that's the right way to understand but looked disappointed at the last.

Not yet, it’s just on luck. Mine was bad and each interviewer made modifications.

But they’re more LC medium types, so working on tagged should give you the idea.
