Hi, how long was the process for you? I did my hirevue and got an email saying that the feedback was positive and that they are waiting to make a final hiring decision
Have you done your phone yet
no the email makes it sound like they are waiting to make a hiring decision. I don't know if this means there is another round.
This is the email I recieved Thank you for taking the time to interview for the Technology Development Program Associate - Telecommute, 2053963 position at UnitedHealth Group. The feedback we received from your interviews was positive. Our team is truly impressed with your skills and experience.
We appreciate your patience as we evaluate interview results and work to determine the finalists for this position. We intend to make our hiring decision quickly. If you have a pending deadline for another offer of employment, please notify me as soon as possible.
So the entire process started from March 2nd, did my behavioral self recorded then got a email on March 7th to schedule my phone interview on the 11th. Just got offer phone call today
When did u get this email
yep
Aight
thanks!
Lmaoo I was wondering why u sent me that
CONCENTRATE!
Yo, exactly the same thing happened to me lol. Took hirevue March 4th. Got an email to setup a MS Teams interview the 7th. Got cancelled the 9th with no follow up. Then another email the 10th asking to setup an interview again. This actually went through and got the interview the 15th. About 30 minutes before the interview, I got an email thanking me for my time and that the feedback was positive! So weird. Then I had my interview, and I think it went well. Just waiting for either an offer or rejection.
Not exactly the greatest process, but in the end I liked the interview and the format and person I talked to was a pretty good experience. Fingers crossed!
I didn't apply for a remote position but they gave me it anyways
congrats! What was the ms teams interview like? I have mine coming up
Mine was a senior eng asking about my resume, if I know Java, OOP principles (what's a class vs object, polymorphism, why use OO design) a leetcode easy and then 4 behavioral questions(what would I do if I don't even know where to start on a task, a difficult project/problem I've had, etc).
They would have liked me to screen share the leetcode problem but since I had just installed MS Teams I would have to restart and he said just talk him through the solution and I could send him the code later if needed. It was a problem I had seen before and I knew the answer down pat and he seemed satisfied, didn't bother asking for me to send the code.
Then I asked him about what he did, talked about the company and structure. His typical day, that sort of stuff.
Now just waiting to hear back, I had my interview last Tuesday afternoon.
Interesting. I did my MS interview with a director and it was mostly behaviorial questions with 2 technical questions that he asked to go through my thought process without having to code at all. I am also waiting to hear back so finger crossed!
Mine was with the principal engineer and we went through my resume, explained the different things I did on it, my thought process and tools I used
I guess I explained my projects in detail enough he didn't need to ask technical
thank you so much!!
