Apple leveling is confusing, seems like people only get ict3 with master degree, but I also heard on blind that people who gets ai/ml is auto ict3?

yeah I am not sure about that either. Only thing that seems sure is that masters + ai/ml org means ICT3 instead of ICT2.
But ICT3 is a pretty wide band. Some people with 6 YoE are hired in ICT3.
