You can negotiate for 525k TC

People have gotten that much TC for less leverage

That being said you should just take HRT regardless

I'm leaning heavily toward hrt but at the same time ik my cit team, hiring manager's nice, team composition and what they're working on is actually good growth opportunities

but hrt gave me 6wk of canadian wfh a year and that's huge for me (aside from better culture and etc.)

Yeah you can definitely negotiate to 525k

You have lots of leverage dude, don't settle for anything less

Though yeah I'd still prefer HRT regardless but that's because I melt under pressure (not that it matters cuz I'm not close to either 😂)
