But don't mention numbers too specifically

The offer they'll give you after you say you'll drop other offers is 153k base, 22k bonus, 15k sign-on, 10k relo which is just barely 200k

One thing I'd suggest though is just pooling together the comps that you received from all of them and just shove them at them

Then express that you're interested in their products more too. Be specific, be interested and just really hop in with bravado

BB always prefers to call, even if you say you want to keep convos via email so definitely be prepared to hop on a call
