Congrats, when was your final interview? Any other offers speeding up the process?

Thanks! My onsite was in the week of December 6-10 and I heard back two weeks later. No competing offers, I think my recruiter is just cool 😎 . I sent an email right after my onsite asking if I would hear back before the new year. She said it was unlikely but would try to expedite anyways.

So you heard back before 2022? My recruiter said I would have to wait till mid Jan even though my onsite was on Dec 7.

Did you do well on all of the 4 tech interviews may I ask?

Yeah I ended up hearing back earlier than 2022.

In terms of performance, I got the optimal solution for all four rounds. Two rounds I feel like I aced, and for the others the interviewers would sometimes converse with me on something I said to push me on the right track. Those two were harder problems though and that only happened once for each interview.

No system design. If you've only got a few days left, I'd do LC timed assessments just to improve your confidence: https://leetcode.com/assessment/

Level up your coding skills and quickly land a job. This is the best place to expand your knowledge and get prepared for your next interview.

Imo if you can do well on these, that translates well to interview performance

Also do some practice interviews with friends (or https://pramp.com) just to make sure your communication is good

You should be in good shape then. Recruiters will tell you that they generally don't ask system design for L3. Any design questions they do ask will be geared towards new grads.

dang one of my interviewers was kinda misleading. looks like everyone who got in did well on all 4 of the interviews. no chance for me. Good luck to you all

I wouldn't be so sure! If you went to HC that means your recruiter thinks you have a chance. Best of luck
