I’m still confused as to how they scheduled @edgy pebble interview a day after OA2 completion but not the rest of us loool

joining in late to the convo, but I got confirmation that I moved on to the final 3x45 round on Dec. 29, an email that said my final round confirmation is "coming soon" on Jan. 3. they also mentioned explicitly that they have over "300 candidates to be scheduled for this week and next", so I think its hella backed up.

I think there are a lot of factors, but one pattern that has emerged so far is OA performance. If you miss some test cases on OA1 or don’t show leadership principles on OA2, you end up with a 3x45.

For OA1, solved all test cases for the first one, and I was failing 2-3 hidden test cases for the second question.

For OA2, I though it went okay, after the first "question/scenario" I realized I actually thought the number ratings for the questions was backwards lol. so if 1 was most disagree, 5 was most agree, I answered the first question in the reverse order. That could've been where I messed up.

So I'm sitting with a 3x45 and just praying for some nice interviewers.
