I just had a call with my recruiter for the google team matching, and he mentioned that he didn't get a thumbs up for me from the HC yet

like within 3 days of final

idk man, from what ive read the interviewers send in short feedback with hire/no hire/leans a day or two after the onsite and recruiter filters initially based on that. then recruiter requests for longer feedback which takes 1-2 weeks. then it goes to hc and team match

but I've heard on this discord that Google has been lowballing offers, so that might be an issue

my last internship was at F in 2019 lol, no return offer.

then i couldnt find an internship for summer 2021, came super close in 2 final rounds

that coupled with low ug gpa makes me nervous

because my only other offer at that level is at Hive AI, a San Francisco startup, and they're giving 130k base + 60k in stock options, but options are kinda risky imo, so I don't know how google will take that

to be honest, I'm also just kind of glad I'm in this position, last year when applying for internships, my resume was kind of mid, and was always aiming for 80-100k, it was just this year I found out the earning potentials of CS grads
