I heard later you have to create like a weird ass battleship game or something, not my cup of tea

I don't blame them, they are more about hiring people who actually know their tech stack than willing to invest for learning period since I read a lot of ppl quit due to poor middle management

so they have to fill these dev positions ASAP while trying to attract new talents, it's not a steady company like FAANG that is willing to invest for a while ask you lc/general design questions

I barely have time to crank out tagged questions for LC which is more worth, i'm not gonna waste my time doing all these take home assignments/learn these tech stacks rofl
