congrats! did your recruiter call?
october 7 onsite --> october 12 email saying i went to hc --> october 27 passed HC + PA
grats! what location/PA did you get?
bruh if PA is an offer than i technically got an offer too?
can someone help me decipher my recruiters emails lol im super confused atm
wait @noble python did you get PA form or did you get an official PA
wait so by "seek an offer" does that mean there is a possibility you can't get an offer...
I head from others that it is? should double check with your recruiter
yeah
eyyy lmao
those two sentences in the middle looked familiar lol
he prob has a template
guys any thoughts on this? i think im still in hc right?
and then when i told her i filled the form i got this
nope
I think form filling time depends on each recruiter
Or ur recruiter knows ur gonna get it!!!!!
thats what i was thinking, but like i dont wanna get ahead of myself because of my 2.9 UG gpa, even tho i have a 3.9 grad gpa
ughh i hope i hear back today so i can study for my midterm
Congrats!! 🥳
Do you get to choose which team you go in or influence that process
if you don't have location preferences you can be super specific yeah
the form basically has you pick between frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile (or pick multiple/all), pick specific technology areas you're interested in (you pick top 3 but you can clarify in a comment box), as well specify which technology areas you'd strongly prefer not to be in
and then of course top 3 location prefs
Do you know what those technology areas are? Like if I wanted to work on Stadia, is that an option?
i wish they didnt force us to select top 3. I mean MapReduce == Distributed Systems and Stats/Analytics is also ML so idk
i put my additional choices in the comment box at the end
yeah i did too
i wonder if the matching happens in an automated manner or if the recruiter does it manually
Do you guys have a particular product or team u want?
Is that a product?
