but whatever at least they interviewed me

most other companies in same tier just resume rejected

i wonder if they are, for people who've scheduled manager rounds due to deadlines (and not necessarily due to passing onsite), evaluating the onsite and HM round both together. or if they're evaluating HM round on the condition that onsite would've been sufficient to move to HM round

they should be doing the latter
