got an invite for the first round a couple of days later but I delayed it because I didn't feel ready

algo. asking cuz i haven't heard back after three days, looks like i was rejected

hmm, I wonder if the process for algo roles is different
in my experience the process has been very efficient for the core team

yeah i saw someone else who got a response after a few hours for algo too. but i haven't been rejected yet and HRT usually sends rejections so 🤷♂️
