They said they would be giving notice at least a week's notice prior to the interview and instead, now I have like 3 days too.

Yeah. We're expected to get back to them within 24 hours for the smallest thing and it takes them like 10 days to schedule an interview.

I remember last year, I interviewed with a company that took like 3 weeks to schedule an interview, then interviewed me, then was requesting a final decision like 2 days later within 24 hours. What a joke.
Not to mention, they refused to provide a formal offer letter.
