tc around 120-150k. tbh not really a worthwhile company to interview for if you get better offers

I see. I have another offer where the first year tc is 147k and then recurring 132k with a company in LA. Thank you for the info though

No worries, if I were you I would choose LA, lower living cost comparing to Bay Area
