I didn’t send it in word and got a reply in a day after sending in the word resume

I did all that. Sent in times with ranges and sent resume as PDF and word format.

My follow up was sent in at 10 AM EST and the times I gave were "normal" 12 - 3 PM EST

update, they scheduled the recruiter phone call with me (scheduled 3 hours after I replied to the initial email)
