How would rate your interviews went? Both r1 and r2. Also your recruiter initials?

r1 i’d say hire and strong hire, r2 i think both were strong hire (one explicitly told me and the other just went rly well), not super comfortable with sharing my rec sorry

areas of interest don’t matter that much

did you accept the first call?

#

the general idea now is TM calls are tough to get and go with what you get

#

and internal transfer later if you dont like it

high lodge
#

I got a cool team but subpar location

Can I ask about the process? And if so can I dm?

high lodge

so I'm torn whether I just accept it

like is it normal to be just one TM opportunity?

Does the 75 word section matter? What did yall put

#

And does area of interest actually not matter that much?

#

My recruiter said max 4 calls at once

#

Did y'all just put ASAP for estimated start date?

#

I'm in a bit of a weird spot since I'm doing Master's rn (graduated last sem and applied before even considering Master's), and I have a summer internship lined up, so I'm not sure whether to put ASAP or like August/September 2026 (if that will even affect my chances)

the other thread made a pretty good point

#

asap might be best but not sure it's good to leave your current internship midway though
