Got offer from RV tech and I have interview scheduled with Amazon for database team. I would have to renege Rivian if I get Amazon is it worth it considering constant layoffs happening in Amazon currently.

not 5,000, also your value as a swe isnt only the brand name u have, its the work you did. zon especially aws can have great projects that r 99% of the time end to end so u can rlly get a lot of good bullets
