Yeah honestly relatively few people have even been matched at my school (t20 that sent tons of randos to amzn last year)
I mean one reason I’m still holding out hope is that most people getting selected now likely have offers and I’m telling you many won’t renege stuff even if they absolutely should
Like I saw a guy who was considering not doing his Amazon interview because he already had tip

my backup is good but amazon especially this year with so little offers given out would be amazing resume value
also this yeah a lot of teams are using very hard processes so a lot of good candidates aren't even making it through
so hc might not even be reached until late april
I don't think any PHX, LAX, or SAN based teams have even done interviews yet

I had some graph database experience (much more niche skill) and got passed over for neptune teams because there were candidates with both graph database experience and database internals experience
you probably were explored with alignment yet didn't match their criteria
so you're probably now mainly matching for more general teams
