one of their port companies wants to pick you up so ur talent partner sets up a call between u and them to see where things can go

or rejection

u only get to be named an a16z fellow if u drop out of school, join one fo their portfolio companies full time and then after a couple of months they evalaute you

and top 20 ish ppl get named a16z fellows
