you are probably on the stack rank and they are trying to sign somebody else - if they fail to sign that person they go down the list

apple moves fast to sign somebody immediately after a deliberation is made - it just takes time and approval from vp etc when there’s a negotiation process for more tc

for ref I got rejected two weeks after the final round so yeah they definitely signed somebody else

I dont want to give false hope but i really feel like those type of situations are based on the team and org in general and how they operate over there. the delays could just be long because of Q1.

I had the same delays the whole month of march and when I finally had my first round I heard back and got matched within 24 hours

I reached out to my recruiter 2 weeks ago for a check in and she told me the team was in final stages of debrief and more to come soon (this was 2 weeks after my actual final). But I waited another 2 weeks which was today but haven’t a gotten response back.

I completely agree that everything is team based. But the delays been crazy fr tho it took me 3 months to get matched after I completed r1 back in Dec

And now it’s almost been a month since my final panel

I can show you emails of me starting the apple ads team process in october and not getting my first round until december. Even after that I had to wait a month and a half to get confirmation that I passed the round.

don't think we are considering the wait time from when a recruiter reaches out for a first round, but rather just the first round -> offer process hm

because that one can vary from days to months yeah
