I had my interview over 5 weeks ago though. they said that I passed the interview but the team reached HC so they r trying to place me on a new team

I interviewed early March recruiter said he’ll get back me in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later no response I called him he said another 2 weeks. I have a competing offer which I emailed him about he said he’ll try to get the decision out by the date I have to sign which is today
