#Profound vs Notion (SE2)

Notion I would suggest because a well known company
have a well known company on resume already
What's the valuation of profound?
Notion is paying more and hopefully there is a better change of listing on the market
notion recruiter says they intend to IPO this year.
yeah I really don't get it
ah glad to hear
Notion is a good deal if they ipo this year also your share value will get multiplied just after IPO
But atleast he might able to sell and get some value
profound is sick but in this case notion might be better
agree, but still think i'd take notion here
Yo congrats on offers! Could i ask how u passed resume screen for notion?
if you believe in them go profound, but you should try to get more equity 100k/4 is very little
they surely dont believe in themselves that much if the stock amount is so low and the base is high
yeah 100k per year and 190 base lines up w/ the other startups giving around 180-200 in base though
i mean maybe you can ask for a trade off between base and stock
but only go to that company if you believe in it, ive personally never heard of it
one thing to check is the ppl leaving/entering recently, if people are leaving like ramp/db/notion/etc to go to profound that is a good sign, if people are leaving profound for like stable google or smth that's a bad sign
ai seo / ai agents for marketing
Is it like typeface?
Idk if you’ve heard of them
Also a ~1B val startup
@untold pawn mind if i dm?
I know someone at profound
They're doing insane revenue
Im personally not interested in the geo/seo space or whatev
So i would go for notion
Any tool to check? I remember there is some tool that do this
Just go do it yourself
You don't need a tool
How can u check tho?
I swear I remember someone making a tool that actually tracks and for you to visualize and see who's going in and out of what company
Look at linkedin
Like just go to the employees list
Exodus is more high level ppl seeing early career is also helpful
oh yeah talent hunt lolll
