roblox proper swe is 100% better than amazon swe. So it comes down to if you want to make that risk

amazon has more safety net for ro + recruiting ng, roblox is more of all or nothing for return. (of course not literally, but the res value of a roblox lua internship is probably not as good as zon swe intern for ng recruiting)

so IC1 = CL1, IC2 = CL3, IC3 = CL6

you usually go up 1 CL per half if you do raelly well

so its like minimum 1.5 years for IC2 now i am pretty sure

but you get base + rsu increase from each cl

once you hit CL3, youre now an IC2-CL3

but you get base + rsu increase from ecah cl jump

so for example CL1 -> CL2 gets a base + rsu increase of some amount

and CL2 -> CL3 gets base + rsu increase

but the amount increase is the same if that makes sense. like CL1 -> CL2 gets the same raise as a CL2 -> CL3 would

and then the amount of the raise changes based on ur IC level

so once ur IC2, CL3 -> CL4 raise = x, CL4 -> CL5 raise = x, CL5 -> CL6 (IC3) raise = x where x is all the same
