I live barely within the 50 miles of the SVL IBM Location according to my home address, but my college address is further. Would I be able to ask for a housing stipend by presenting my college address instead?

Congrats on the offer! If it doesn’t say anything on your offer letter it’s pretty unlikely but I’d say still try emailing ur recruiter
