That isn't actually a terrible app to interview ratio
If "backhome" means a country other than the one you live in now, it could be seen as negligible
Very easy to lie and makeup internships, so if they cant verify bc internship was in foreign country, could be seen as only 1
Some resume listings are a bit long, can impact readability. A lot of text to parse through = recruiter skimming/giving less attention than normal
Im sure keywords are fine, but consider readability and flow as well
which part do u think is less readable or has bad flow
just a lot of text, white space isn’t always bad
Remember that you should be able to explain your projects well but you don’t necessarily need EVERYTHING on there
Keywords and readability on resume and then you can go into even more details when asked about a project
Not to say you need to remove a lot but just consider
holy shit that's a lot of text
^
do you guys i should cut down my projects ? or both projects and work experience
Hm i mean i personally try to limit to 3-4 bullets.
Your tech stack is kinda flooded by other metrics and words. I have to really dig to find what tech stack the role uses
It wouldn’t hurt to follow the Google/XYZ format, especially with so much information. If you keep it, organization is necessary
Did X with Y resulting in Z
Built a project X with language Y resulting in metric Z
collaborated with cross functional agile teams to understand system architecture nd navigate a massive codebase
Yeah i think a lot of these can be summed up and combined
are my bullet points other than the collaborated with agile teams one , fine in my first work experience?
should i remove this bullet point
\resumeItem{Refactored UI components into documented reusable modules adopted by \textbf{5 teams}, reducing release cycles by \textbf{20%}}
I wouldn’t use spearheaded especially if you’re doing an internship. I would also either lie or talk about more technical points. Doing code reviews, refactoring code and written tests are not that impactful. Also some of these metrics seem crazy high like a 33% increase in user retention for a UI change especially if you’re claiming that it’s only your UI changes that did this. I would change it to increased from ____ to ____
Built Angular/JavaScript UI features, reducing user session time \textbf{33%} via streamlined workflows (Google Analytics)
