just got an email to fill in additional information before interview part
I wanted to see if I could get info on whats asked in interviews beforehand
that doesn’t guarantee interview iirc
i did get it before but i got it like 3 months before my interview date
oh man, do you know what they ask though? I just want to atleast have a rough idea.

from what i gather its 2 interviwes, both same format, behavioral and technical half half
what did the email say?
honestly this year it's very non-standard
cause it's not random SWE interviewers, rather it's SDM's in the org you match with beforehand
so they could just ask the usual 1 or 2 standard behavioral questions (remember LP's) and then a leetcode question or two
or they could grill your resume, ask about your gen ai workflow, and give you system design questions
(all things people here have reported getting btw. None of that is pulled from my ass)
the genai workflow is an addendum they give to everyone
and im pretty sure the only thing u could say that is negative is etiher saying u copy what gpt says without looking or that u dont use gpt at all

I think they'll be more impressed if you have a very well-thought-out claude code or cursor workflow
that isn't just straight up vibe coding
but I think the main red flag answers are you swear off AI or straight vibe code
i copy paste claude output into gpt and ask it to fix mistakes
unclear cause the cycle isn't over yet, but it seems like no
