Google has higher salary, better prestige, better culture depending on team but mostly is probably better than amazon, probably also better wlb depending on culture

My personal exp that there’re lots of good teams withib amazon/aws if u’re lucky enough. If u could tradeoff more time and effort to be in ggl so ggl might be better

people i talked to at google said 2 years to relocate is a more reasonable timeline, ideally would switch teams after you've been promoted
