i did my phone screen a month ago and still haven't heard back for an int lol

finished my interview end of feb, just got an HR update today saying still under consideration (no guarantee tho) it’s been abt 3 weeks

did u also get a similar update?

I didn’t get a “still under consideration” update but someone I know did, they just got their offer today

I don’t know exact dates. OA late December, phone screen late January, interview late February, offer mid March

No idea how that works. People are getting roles all over the place which are not the roles they interviewed for.

As for how people get Splunk vs Regular Cisco I’m not sure, my interviewer was a Splunk manager so I think that helped somewhat in matching me to Splunk

Recruiter reach Oct 7th, Webex screen 10th, interview schedule the same or early morning next day I forgot, interview was roughly 3 business days after, offer 2 business days after
