Context: I am an international student on F1 OPT (RoW not indian or chinese)

Nvidia offer:
200k TC
No free food just subsidised
Day 1 Perm
Santa clara
No layoffs as far as i know
Very chill wlb

Google offer:
220k TC
No perm at least the recruiter is being vague about it
Free food (food is a big expense of mine)
Mtn view
Layoffs do happen
Wlb is good but maybe less chill than nvidia

Opinions are welcome. I am really torn between the 2 offers. Head says NVIDIA, heart says google

they were saying they would pay the 100k fees for h1b if needed

that being said skipping h1b for ROW is harder these days cuz perm is slower, more RFEs and easier to fail LMT part
