well their workload was shorter since they were only responsible for some spring and some summer now hes taking on all of summer and fall (which is a much higher cohort than spring) so it can vary
I believe 2-3 weeks, itvwd dec 8 offer dec 25
offer clues within the week though (availablity for location and government involvement forms usually indicate offer)
