If you have not done 150 I would recommend understanding that is very vital
There are ways to get the premium questions for free like there is a yt channel called cracking faang which has google taged questions and then there is a channel on this server also where you can request I don’t think leetcode premium is the most important but I had brought it and it did help with the editorials and tagged list

Tldr leetcode premium is good to have but not needed especially if you are not very comfortable with neetcode 150
