The hm joined 5 mins late and ended our conversation 5 mins early (20 min int for a int scheduled for 30 mins) and I didn't know why he picked me because my resume wasn't really aligned with his team — I've done a lot of work with ai/ml models, microservices and containerizing tools and the team focused on cloud workspaces.

The HM was looking forward to applicants with background in AI (hence I think why he chose me) but ultimately idk if I was the best fit for his team as he was looking for only 1 intern

that sounds like an engineering manager i was in contact with (team not ai/ml but wanted someone with agentic ai exp)

how long did it take you to hear back after the tech?
