their mainframe system is old asf, engineers r retiring, they need a way to keep the knowledge for the new gen of ibm engineers

so they made a gen AI assistant called watson assistant that can help devs with mainframe (Z) systems

if ur interviewer seemed older or generally seem like they’d appreciate the formality of a thank you note id send one, I got a really positive response to mine that helped me through the waiting lol (and I think being friendly w the interviewers helped a decent amount in getting me the offer?)
