One of my friends from MIT who wasn't able to get a bigtech job upon newgrad ended up working for an AI startup in SF making 120k/yr

For their friend's company

And they recently re-recruited after working for a year and some change

And they've received a 250k MLE1 offer in NYC

#

And also just finished a final round for 300k base (not inclusive of bonus/sign on etc) for another firm in SF doing AI stuff

#

120k -> 250-350k is insane lateral in 1 year

#

No level up in role level btw

#

Anyways u can't really go wrong with any of these choices but I really think Sierra is the best option here
