Idk how exactly they decide what process to put candidates through but it’s all up to Google to put u through that stuff

Like after getting past r2 you can either get tm or pa

#

Nothing u can rlly do as a candidate to influence which one u go through

i agree with the info in this thread. i also have a friend who got PA alignement for an Aug start date

For what it’s worth too, the person I know who got PA alignment for an August date interviewed R2 late November so they were hella early in the pipeline

I’ve only seen it with my one friend everyone else I know was ASAP or before April and were in TM
