I applied for 60 + roles, got reject for 28 of them. I've cleared OA twice and the recruiter reached out for scheduling the interview and ghosted twice

I guess, I finished both OAs with in few hours of receiving them. Replied availability immediately. Either microsoft recruiters are bots or crazy.

I received communication that I was being moved to interviews for sde2 and signed the NDA
But that happened a month ago

Still no scheduling mail

Same as well got the NDA and ghosted, Nov end and in Dec and no update since then

Who's the recruiter if you don't mind me telling

I didn't receive any recruiter communication for NDA
But I assume it's the same one who scheduled phone screen
Followed up with him and no response from him

same, applied to Microsoft multiple times,including the very general job posts. Received OA once in Dec for a specific positions, then nothing more
