problems all related to properties of "words" and list of words

i was asked to optimize my implementation for first problem, for second one i skated by with brute force, for third one I got 95% of the way thru but minor debugging of 2 failing test cases

the hidden test cases are not visible to the candidate. the interviewer was nice to paste the hidden test case to help me debug since debug prints in hackerrank for hidden test cases don't show up in the console
