@long ermine I did a lot of research on the program and currently have an offer to start in Novato in 2026(I’m planning yo renege for Wells Fargo because they are planning on offer us less after their 21 months). I also spoke with someone who recently left the program. They shared that morale within the Canadian group is especially low because many were led to believe they had a realistic chance of transferring to a U.S. studio after the 21-month program. Now, they’re realizing that isn’t likely, and that they’ll be earning around $70k once the program ends. Given the cost of living in Vancouver(At the fact that deep down they only want to use 2k to come to America), that wasn’t what most of them signed up for, and the person I spoke with said the group is visibly unhappy.
