I know several 600 GCAs who got insta rejected due to behavioral part
Pretty sure pipeline is
Pass fail OAs -> recruiters pick out resumes they think will pass interviews reviewing in roughly submission order -> interviews -> offer/reject
and interviews come out in waves. If your resume isn’t the strongest you may come into at later waves. But interview not guaranteed
If you don’t get OA rejected (I think usually within a week of OA) then ur resume will just be on file and in consideration for interviews. They don’t reject between OA and interview stage unless positions fill
