Maybe it’ll be different for yall but for r1 it was an active conversation w my interviewer to discuss thought process. Today they like barely spoke and just watched me explain. And then there’d be like awkward silence so I’d have to keep talking 😭

in fact, out of the 3 technicals, 2 of them weren't even on leetcode

google is known for having unique problems that aren't online

but i still did the lc tagged, theyr'e still good questions

i remember someone on this discord a while ago said they got one though

i've heard that if the HC decision is on the fence, they decide to just give another interview rather than pass/reject. if it was in r1, its possible the recruiter is also allowed to make that decision. in that case i think the results from the bad interview still get sent to HC though
