I think 3 weeks is normal turnaround but I’d add a little extra time since ur review had to have been after holidays

i wonder if each recruiter operates differently, my recruiter told me that I should expect to wait up to 7 business days for a decision after r2

you probably got it, hearing back after r2 is really recruiter dependent, after your interviewers submit feedback (most generally do it within the day or 48 hrs) your recruiter has to pack that shit up and send it to HC manually, if they're slow with this or they forget about you then you're in limbo (and you should probably bug your recruiter so you can make sure your packet is delivered)

if you do poorly on one of the rounds, you dont even go to HC and the recruiter can just reject you on the spot (within 1-2 days)

if its delivered to HC then you know that you didnt get anything under LH and from what ive seen at least thats generally enough to pass HC

so if you see things getting updated then for sure have a good chance

you cant really know unless you directly ask

but if you follow up after a week and you get a response from the recruiter saying (waiting for deicions/results) its safe to assume that all feedback is in and your recruiter passed it to hc (or is doing it right now since you followed up and they forgot)
