has anyone started tm calls yet, do they try to match teams based on location cause i only like sf and seattle lol
Congratulations !! For which role?
When was your round2?
the first interview i had was braindead easy and i pretty much one shot for both given questions, follow ups were simple changes and i was under time by like 15 min
heaps/recursion
second was literally the hardest question i have ever seen in my life and I just sat there drawing solutions until i came up with a couple, interviewer liked one of them and i just coded that one, it was a single question with like 4 followups
graph/dp
dec 18
did u get a gmatch form only or did your recruiter specify details of the next steps?
also congrats!
nah bro my recruiter lazy af he just sent the form and peaced out
lmao same
ive gotten a total of 2 emails from this guy
When you say drawing was it like a whiteboard?
Were both on a whiteboard
no i generally dont do easy questions on a whiteboard, but when u get those tricky ones whiteboards really help
Thanks a lot for the details! But I heard you get asked only 2 questions in the on-site interview. You were asked 3?
Got it, thank you and congrats
i also heard the same, i dont think my interviewer was prepared he just probably pulled two questions out of the bank lol
Damn. So there are 2 interviewers for the on-site right?
im not sure what the process is like for everyone else but i had 2 for 2 seperate interviews
Congrats! I hope you get a team quickly
Had my onsite yesterday, hoping that I also hear back soon too
What initials your recruiter?
graph dp in one question is ridiculous what even
I’m so cooked yall
Wait mine wasnt that bad
It’s rly rng
What type q’s did you get?
r1: easy tree; r2: med standard graph, med array (similar to trapping rain water)
rng?
fukkk me too
Meanwhile me still waiting since dec 2nd
i would say but i havent seen anyone else with the same recruiter as me
and ive definetly used some colorful language when talking about this process
my interviewer told me not to stress about getting optimal and he was clear that he was focusing on my thought process instead of the final answer
i dont think its standard, generally google l3 asks meds lol
