for the operating system project, we implemented a custom printf supporting formatted output with variable arguments (va_list). i think you should mention that in your third bullet point for the custom OS for specificity

the limine bootloader bullet point seems a little redundant since all we did was just add it as a submodule. you can mention limine in your first bullet point and say "using C, x86 Assembly, and Limine bootloader"

instead of saying "low level I/O" drivers, you can also say "serial port driver"

you can do the same for "memory-mapped video framebuffer" which is basically the definiton for VGA framebuffer. you can say "wrote to VGA framebuffer"

i also recommend putting github links to your projects
