sure, so 5 interviews total. usually broken into 3 days:

r1 - tech screen
r2-r4 - tech/tech/hr "superday" but sometimes these could get broken up depending on int availability
r5 - engineering manager screen

yup r1-r3 are the exact same

em round is resume grill, culture fit for most people. getting system design is rare but still a possibility so ymmv

Also, is Culture fit questions just why Bloomberg or more Qs (like about Bloomberg projects, Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years, what is your ideal work environment, how do you is AI, What Bloomberg does, etc.)?

are you talking about the HR round or EM round? For HR yup pretty much those sort of questions + what was the culture of the previous orgs you worked in, competing offers, what are you exactly looking for in this role etc.

nope I didn't have any competing offer. For EM it was not even a resume walkthrough. I was asked sth like: what's the most challenging project you worked in, when was the last time you took ownership, etc. I explained those projects in detail (from product perspective, high level architecture, technical challenges etc.) He would sometimes ask follow up questions but nothing too deep or hands on
