it doesnt say anything like that, it just says oa round was passed, gives a brief overview of the team, then says if ur interested apply at this link, and then it says no need to do another oa and we look forward to reviewing ur application

i think the process this year is different, once you pass oa you get put into a general applicant pool and if a hiring manager is interested in you you get a interview invite
