TikTok offers higher TC and a known, core recommendation infra team that I’ve already worked with (return offer, strong mentorship, clear scope). Databricks has slightly lower TC but a very strong reputation in US infra/systems and supports Day 1 PERM.

My priorities are: Long-term career growth > TC >> WLB

Question:
Does anyone have insight into Databricks’ Compute Platform Org? What kind of work does the org typically do day-to-day, and how is it viewed internally in terms of impact and career growth?
