As far as I know, as long as you meet expectations, then your refresher is supposed to fill you back up to what your salary for that level should be? So for example if you’re a senior engineer and you make 450K, then if you meet expectations, your refresher is going to keep your salary at 450k each year that you’re a senior (and if you exceed expectations then your refresher is bigger and it can push you over to like 500K for example). I think there is a limit on how high your salary can go for each level like the cap it at some point so that a senior can’t make like 700k
