doesn't workday have their own language that they use? i feel like for career growth C1 lowk better. imo res value is probs similar but i think c1 would have better outcomes

i don't think you could really go wrong with either here, but i think c1 is the better option here esp cause RO is basically guranteed and as long as you don't fumble, FAANG shouldn't be difficult
